  • Yes, our kits are suitable for children ages 13+. However, adult supervision is required for younger children to ensure safety and assist with more challenging steps. Please use your parental discretion If you deemed it appropriate to enjoy our designated ages 13+ kits with younger children.

  • Each kit includes all the necessary materials to build the model including:

    • Pre-cut wooden pieces

    • Non-toxic glue bottle

    • Wax paper for setting time

    • Ruler

    • Sandpaper (1”x2”)

    • Easy-to-follow instructions with illustrations

  • We currently ship only within the US. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Standard shipping is free on orders over a certain amount.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on all our kits from the date of receipt. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened kits for a full refund. Return shipping charges paid are not refundable, and we do not cover any costs for the return.

    To return an item, please email us at support@popsikits.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Once we have received your return, we will process your return request. Once processed, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that the process time for your bank to process the refund may vary.
