At POPSI KITS, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivered date. Please review our return policy below for more information.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Proof of purchase - order confirmation number.
Non-Returnable Items

Model kits that have been partially or fully assembled are non-returnable
Return Process
Initiate a Return:
Contact us at support@popsikits.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Prepare Your Return:
Once your return request is approved, securely package the item in its original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase, and ensure that the item is in its original condition.
Shipping Your Return:
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $99.99, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing. If you need to exchange your order for the same item, contact us at support@popsikits.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please contact support@popsikits.com for further support.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
